Tasting Notes: Pale gold color. On the nose, there are notes of white fruits, orange blossom and lemon. On the palate, notes of pear, green apple with lemon and a distinct minerality. The acidity is crisp and refreshing. Finish is nicely balanced. Drink now, but suitable for cellaring for another 5+ years under proper conditions.
Pair With: White meats and light fish, cheese & fruit plates.
