"We are so excited to pour with Cindy Wenzlau – quite possibly the most charming woman on earth! I’m in love with these Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs and the incredible family that makes them. I first met Tommy Wenzlau in the summer of 2012 in New York City.  We were taking our Court of Masters Certified Sommelier Tests together and since we passed, we decided to share some Champagne afterwards at Laura Maneic’s Corkbuzz.  He gave me his business card and six months later I met his mother, Cindy, in LA and tasted the first release of the Wenzlau Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The wines were spectacular – beautiful fruit balanced with fresh acidity and great texture.  I bought them both, and have been buying them ever since. Now they make 6 different cuvées and we’ll have 4 of them open to taste this Sunday."   -Kathryn
