Grape Varieties:  93% Syrah; 7% Viognier – Aged for 38 months in 100% new French oak barrels.
ABV:  13%
Region:  Northern Rhone, France

Tasting Notes: Deep ruby color.  On the nose, there are expressive notes of red fruits, black fruits, violets, spices and white pepper.  On the palate, notes of cassis, vanilla, toasted spice, cedar and dried flowers.  Solid, but well-rounded tannins.  Very lengthy and gorgeous finish.  Can drink now, but suitable for cellaring for another 10+ years under proper conditions.

Pair With:  Red meats, game, BBQ.
