Region: Basque Country, Spain
Tasting Notes: Bright yellow-green color. Slightly sparkling. On the nose, there are notes of citrus fruits. On the palate, notes of lemon, lime, grapefruit with a distinct minerality of wet stone and salinity. Crisp high but refreshing acidity. Drink young, not suitable for cellaring.
