Grape Varieties:  80% Sauvignon Blanc; 20% Semillon – Aged for 10 months in 50% new French oak barrels.
ABV: 13%
Region:  Bordeaux, France

Tasting Notes:  Medium gold color.  On the nose, there are notes of white fruits, white flowers and honey.  On the palate, notes of white peach, pear, apple with also hazelnut and honey.  The crisp acidity of the Sauvignon Blanc is rounded out by the smoothness of the Semillon.  Nicely drawn out and balanced finish.  Drink now, but suitable for cellaring for another 5 to 7 years under proper conditions.

Pair With:  White meats, cheese & fruit plates.
